Sicilian ware Vase

This is a vase. It was designed by Frederick S. Shirley and manufactured by Mt. Washington Glassworks. It is dated 1878–1894 and we acquired it in 2017. Its medium is blown glass with enamel and gilding. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

It is credited Museum purchase from General Acquisitions Endowment Fund.
