Necklace
This is a necklace. It was designed by Lella Vignelli. We acquired it in 2016. Its medium is bent silver wire. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.
While the firm headed by Massimo and Lella Vignelli was preeminent in the fields of industrial, graphic, and interior design, jewelry was also one of Lella’s domains. The simple repeated wave form of this necklace is indicative of the clean, elegant and timeless design for which she became known.
