Dinner Plate (Germany)
This is a Dinner plate. It was designed by Richard Riemerschmid and manufactured by Meissen Porcelain Factory. It is dated 1903–05 and we acquired it in 1995. Its medium is porcelain with underglaze decoration. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.
It is credited Museum purchase from Decorative Arts Association Acquisition Fund.

It has the following markings
On underside: maker's mark (crossed swords in underglaze blue), the number "38" and a dash below, both in underglaze blue; incised "T1" situated near number.
