Plates, Sixteen Plates, from the "Eden" Service, 1787

This is a plates. It was gilded by Michel-Barnabé Chauveaux and manufactured by Sèvres Porcelain Manufactory and painted by Guillaume-Charles-Alexandre Buteux. It is dated 1787 and we acquired it in 1986. Its medium is soft paste porcelain, vitreous enamel, gold. It is a part of the department.

This object was donated by Mrs. John Jay Ide. It is credited The John Jay Ide Collection.
