On the underside of caster: [1] “AH/1” in a square, impressed (maker’s mark) [2] Lion passant, with number 2, impressed (standard mark, Dutch) [3] “RD” over crossed shield, impressed (pseudo town mark, Zwolle) [4] “L” in square with crescent above, impressed (pseudo date letter for 1789) [5] “O” with a crown, impressed (pseudo Dutch tax mark, 1807) On the lip of the caster: [1] “J” in gothic script, impressed (date letter, 1893) On the exterior of the lid: [1] Minerva head with letter “F”, impressed (duty mark, The Netherlands, town letter, Leeuwarden) Crown, impressed (pseudo makers mark)
