Print, Design for a Tazza with a Portrait of William of Orange as Commander of Wisdom

It is inscribed

Lettered around the center portrait: "DE HOOPMAN VAN WEISHEYT / LE CAPITAINE PRVDENT" and "THE DE BRI.F.ET.EX". Lettered ouside the portrait, in three columns, each two lines, of French text" "De Dieu ... zele". Lettered in Dutch with six lines of verse around the design: "De Wijsheijt ... inden raet".
