Inscribed at top: "IL SONTUOSISSO. ET A MENISSO. PALAZZO ET GIARDINI DI TIVOLI." At bottom, fourteen line explanatory key, divided into five parts, and dedication to Catherine de' Medici, and artist's and publisher's names.
