Temple Hanging (China)
This is a Temple hanging. It is dated 13th century (bodhisattva), 18th–19th century (hanging) and we acquired it in 1987. Its medium is silk, metal threads, paper and its technique is the bodhisattva is needle looping technique; the hanging is made from various woven fabrics sewn together. It is a part of the Textiles department.
