Salesman's Sample Card (France)
This is a Salesman's sample card. It is dated late 18th–early 19th century and we acquired it in 1995. Its medium is cotton, paper and its technique is (samples) printed by roller and by block using lapis (resist) technique on plain weave foundation. It is a part of the Textiles department.
