Sample, Sample for a Woven Blanket

This is a Sample. It was designed by Dorothy Wright Liebes and woven by Dorothy Wright Liebes and made for (as the client) Kenwood Mills. It is dated ca. 1952 and we acquired it in 1948. Its medium is cotton, viscose rayon and its technique is machine woven plain and twill woven. It is a part of the Textiles department.

It is credited Museum purchase through gift of Mrs. John Innes Kane.
