Beadwork Panel (England)
This is a Beadwork panel. It is dated 1696 and we acquired it in 1962. Its medium is beads, linen and its technique is beads strung according to pattern on linen cord one row at a time, then anchored with red silk around the cord and between each row. It is a part of the Textiles department.
