Compote, from a Dessert Service Compote

This is a Compote. It was manufactured by Copeland & Garrett and Spode Ceramic Works. It is dated 1821–1833 and we acquired it in 1959. Its medium is porcelain (feldspar), vitreous enamel, gold. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by Emily H. Chauncey. It is credited Bequest of Emily H. Chauncey.
