Coverlet Fragment (USA)

This is a Coverlet fragment. It is dated late 18th–19th century and we acquired it in 1954. Its medium is wool, cotton and its technique is two intercrossed plain weave structures (double cloth). It is a part of the Textiles department.

This object was donated by Mrs. Paul Moore.
