Cope Hood

This is a Cope hood. It is dated 16th century and we acquired it in 1953. Its medium is linen, silk, metal and its technique is embroidered and couched on cut velvet weave. It is a part of the Textiles department.

This object was donated by Misses Hernstadt. It is credited Gift of the Misses Hernstadt.
