Isometric view of a chair with undulating waves starting with the edge of the seat extending in an “S” form in an ascending crest that meets the underside of the seat displaying full convex roundness then continuing straight down to touch the floor. On the sitting side, the material has a concave appearance with polygons lightly painted, mirroring the forms of negative space represented underneath the chair. The piece has a black matt finish.

Armless, legless chair in a continuous serpentine form with repetitive wood hexagon shapes comprising the surface decoration. Each wood piece is a natural dark color and is fairly consistent with slight variations in hue and grain. The size of each hexagon varies depending on placement on the chair; markedly elongated along the front/bottom. Along the sides of the seat, part of the hexagon is sliced off to follow the edge of the chair form. There is an interior view of a honeycomb like pattern visible beneath the seat. The chair is placed on a shelf in a workshop space surrounded by tools and other objects.

An armless, legless chair in a continous serpentine form with cut out wood triangles of varying sizes pieced together to form larger polygon shapes. An irregular lattice on the entire surface gives the impression of lightness belying the chair's stability. The light color of the wood is uniform throughout.

An armless, legless chiar with althernating wave like bands of dark brown wood and white resin. The diagonal bands vary in length and start from one edge and spill over another edge; for example from top to side, side to side, side to bottom. The organic pattern mimics the fluid curves of the chair. The suble wood grain pattern contrasts with the consistent flat resin material.

An armless, legless chair made up of alternating black and white standard puzzle pieces is fabricated in a continuous serpentine shape. The overall pattern resembles a checkerboard, Each puzzle piece has six tabs and two notches. Their sizes vary slightly depending on their placement on the chair. Additionally along the outline of the chair the exterior tab of the puzzle piece is sliced off. Five pieces, three black and two white, are scattered on the floor behind the chair. The multiple pieces which make up the whole fit together seamlessly.

An armless, legless chair made up of contrasting dark and light wood is fabricated in a continous serpentine cantilever shape. The alternating patten of dark brown and bleached wood bands are of varying lengths. The stripes/bands intersect randomly creating an abstract rectilinear pattern. The multiple pieces fit together seamlessly.

Here we have a white monochrome chair that is one curving unit. Despite a see-through and minimalist structure, it has all the parts of a chair including a back, seat, and support but as a long board that is bent into dramatic arches to create a self-supporting piece of furniture. The top of the chair has a bending back and seat in an L shape form, and the seat gradually curves forward to a front supporting 'leg,' which curves upward into a U shape to meet the bottom of the seat, only to curve downward again to create support in the back. The front 'leg' tapers inward slightly, creating a concave, more pronounced left and right support angles for the front curve. The chair legs resemble a single wave, and the intersecting bands create diamond, hollow repeating designs that create surface support despite its minimal use of material.

Here we have a two-color patterned chair that is one curving unit. Along with puzzle piece design, it has all the parts of a chair including a back, seat, and support but as a long board that is bent into dramatic arches to create a self-supporting piece of furniture. Dramatic, dark red leather chair with brass and aluminum accents. The chair has a curved back, similar to a barrel style chair, but with open, decorative, swirled brass arms. The cushioned seat is flat, with a rounded back, and is supported on a brass-ringed platform with round accents underneath each arm. The legs of the chair are covered on three sides with a smooth aluminum curtain, which is red on the inside and appears white on the outside. The chair's diagonal positioning highlights the cut-outs along the bottom of each side of the aluminum curtain, with stepped contours recalling skyscrapers. Angled, square footings accent the bottom of each leg.

A chrome-plated stainless steel and tufted leather chair displayed diagonally. The industrial structure of the seat is based on a scissor-shaped design (known as a curule seat), with two curved X-shapes on either side supporting two rectangular brown leather cushions. The worn, cantilevered seat and curved back are tufted, forming a square pattern with covered, matching buttons accentuating the furniture's lines. The seat is attached to the horizontal chrome-plated bar connecting the two sides with equally spaced, matching leather web straps. The chair was hand-finished and tufted with horsehair.

A chair design employing separate leather seat and back cushions are supported by a visible foundation whose arms are formed in a backward C consisting of straight wooden parts with rounded corners. A back metal tubing on the bottom of the backward C connects both sides of the foundation using large screws that are visible both inside and outside of the form while a flat curved metal piece connects the middle of the tubing with a support that is not visible in the back of the seat. Metal tubing situated underneath the seat cushion toward the front connects both sides of the foundation. The beige leather covers for the square seat cushion and rectangular back cushion use piping to conceal some of the seams while the cushions have several stains enhanced by wear around the sides and seat. The photograph captures the left side, top and front views of the chair against a light gray ground with a cast shadow on the floor.

A one piece orange chair sitting on the floor in the form of the front of a tongue on both the back and lower segment. The curvaceous structure resembles a wavelength where the trough functions as the seat and the crest buttresses the knees and is lower than the back. The photograph captures a ¾ view enabling the viewer to see the front, side and top of the chair against a light gray ground with shadows.
