MicroSystems Laboratory of the University of California, Irvine
The Microsystems Laboratory at the University of California Irvine conducts cutting edge research and provides multidisciplinary academic training in the field of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS). The Laboratory develops chip-scale gyroscopes and Inertial Measurement Units (IMU), and its researchers participate in the full cycle of development, including theory, design, modeling, fabrication, control electronics, packaging, and hands-on experimentation.
