Ann-Mari Forsberg
Forsberg was born in Stockholm and attended Konstfack where she studied textiles under Barbro Nilsson. She then began working at Handarbetsts Vänner, a textile studio, where she also taught. In 1943 she was employed by Märta Måås-Fjetterström, where Nilsson was creative director. There, Forsberg successfully explored monumental tapestry weaving, using contrasting patterns, colors and shapes.
