Born early 1950s, Woodstock, Illinois. Graduated from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, majoring in design. Relocated to California. Since 1977, professional printmaker/etcher, working primarily in aquatint. Sales limited directly to collectors. "My subject matter is generally realistic landscapes. Field research for image ideas is enjoyable whether it involves backpacking through the Sierra Nevada Mountains or slogging through snow in Oak-Hickory forests of Northern Illinois."
