Chicago artist specializing in Suminagashi (Painting on Water TM). Born in China; grew up in Hong Kong. Became U.S. citizen. B.S. and M.S., 1979-1982, fluid mechanical engineering, Illinois Institute of Technology. N.B.: The name "Segami", legally acquired by the artist, is an anagram of "images", spelled backwards.
