Furniture and industrial designer. Studied industrial design at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY and physics at New York University. From 1949-55 partner with Ross Littell and Douglas Kelley at Laverne Originals, designing furniture, textiles, and dinnerware. Worked at George Nelson's office 1955-7, and in 1985 became partner at Ergo Design in Boulder, CO.
