NEMO SpA was estabilished in 1993 by Carlo and Francesco Forcolini in partnership with Cassina SpA. On March 5, 1998 NEMO bought ITALIANALUCE srl., thus acquiring ownership of the ITALIANALUCE brand name, product range and production facilities.
