Barbara Warren (American, 1915 - 2005) was one of the Milwaukee Teacher's College graduates who worked closely with the Milwaukee Handicraft Project in the 1930s as a designer/foreman, and who created textile designs to be carved in linoleum blocks and printed by WPA workers. She later published a book with Doris Cox, Creative Hands: an Introduction to Craft Techniques.
