Bracelet
This is a Bracelet. It was designed by Ritsuko Ogura. It is dated 2005 and we acquired it in 2016. Its medium is rolled, pasted, and cut corrugated cardboard, silver. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.
Ogura uses disposable packing cardboard from which she carefully cuts cross-sections to enliven the textures, emphasizing that the appeal of this bracelet stems from her manipulations of the humble material.
