Dress Or Furnishing Fabric, Regenbogen (Rainbow)

This is a Dress or Furnishing Fabric. It was produced by Wiener Werkstätte.

This object is not part of the Cooper Hewitt's permanent collection. It was able to spend time at the museum on loan from The Art Institute of Chicago as part of The Jazz Age: American Style in the 1920s.

A variant of this Rainbow pattern was used in the upholstered Gondola chairs designed by Josef Urban for the group’s New York shop.
