Enignum Chair Model (two Seater)
This is a Chair model (two seater). It was made by Joseph Walsh Studio. It is dated 2014 and we acquired it in 2015. Its medium is bent layered ash wood strips, suede upholstery. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.
Viewing drawings, models, and the final design in sequence enables us to see a designer's transformation of materials from conception to craft. Walsh sometimes uses models as a way to visualize a design before completion, or to present a concept to a client.
