Wheelchair, Leveraged Freedom Chair (LFC) Prime Prototype

This is a Wheelchair. It was invented by Tish Scolnik, Mario Bollini, Amos Winter, Benjamin Judge, Harrison O’Hanley and Daniel Frey and designed by Continuum LLC, Jung Tak and Jake Childs and manufactured by Continuum LLC. It is dated 2013. Its medium is aluminum and 3d-printed plastic.

Based on the core gear-and-lever technology design of the original LFC, Continuum LLC created the LFC Prime as a concept model for a high-end, high-performance wheelchair. GRIT is working with wheelchair users in the United States and building on this concept to develop a fully functional product.
