This object is not part of the Cooper Hewitt's permanent collection. It was able to spend time at the museum on loan from dosa, inc. as part of the Acquired! Shaping the National Design Collection and Scraps exhibitions.

It is dated 2007 and we acquired it in 2022. Its medium is hand-spun, hand-woven brocaded cotton jamdani scraps, pieced, reverse-appliquéd, embroidered, cut and sewn.
