Questionnaire, Staatliches Bauhaus Weimar (State Bauhaus Weimar)

This object is not part of the Cooper Hewitt's permanent collection. It was able to spend time at the museum on loan from Merrill Berman as part of Herbert Bayer: Bauhaus Master.
