On bottom: underglaze Imperial Porcelain factory mark overpainted with green keyhole shape; the date 1919, hammer, sickle, cog painted in blue overglaze; and an incised inscription in Cyrillic [undeciphered]. On side of base: impressed P. Kamensky (in Cyrillic).
