Drawing, Garden Rendered in Perspective
Drawing, Garden Rendered in Perspective
Pencil drawing of a large garden drawn in perspective. A tree with leaves forming large dome and a thick crosshatched trunk dominate the left foreground of the scene. The tree is bound by a circular base. A walkway extends to the right of the tree at a diagonal leading to a set of wide stairs and a walled garden in the distance. Long rectangular areas with gridlines border each side of the central walkway and end with a rectangular niche allowing space for the central tree. Dozens of conical evergreen trees line the outer edges of the garden. A long rectangular building is behind the far row of evergreen trees. The trees, walkways, and building are all parallel. Cloud like trees fill the background. Faint diagonal gridlines can be seen throughout the drawing.
