Sidewall, Japanese Leather

This is a sidewall. It is dated 1875–85 and we acquired it in 1940. Its medium is embossed paper, stained, gilded and varnished. It is a part of the Wallcoverings department.

This object was donated by Mrs. Montgomery Hare. It is credited Gift of Mrs. Montgomery Hare.
