Poster, Voices of East Harlem/Delaney Bonnie and Friends

We have 2 images of Poster, Voices of East Harlem/Delaney Bonnie and Friends .

Poster, Voices of East Harlem/Delaney Bonnie and Friends
A sepia-toned rock concert poster with a hand-drawn style, featuring Jesus within an arched frame against a stylized cloud-like background. The Jesus figure has long, wavy hair and beard with a calm, gentle, knowing expression. He is gazing at the viewer, head slightly tilted, left hand resting on right upper arm. The Jesus figure is somewhat illuminated due to dark contrast surrounding him. Only the top half of the figure is visible; the figure wears a dark-colored robe. Atop the arched frame on either side are two stylized lions in profile, facing out. A lightning bolt shoots out from the back of each lion’s mane, the ends of each bolt connect with a central cosmic-like circle at the top of the arch. Underneath the lions are the words [Bill Graham Presents in San Francisco / Delaney, Bonnie, & Friends / Voices of East Harlem] in elaborate, decorative text. The three lines of text are curved following the arch. Below Jesus is the word [Birthday] in interlaced lettering, with a small cross above the 't'. Dates and details in a variety of bold lettering fill in the lower part of the frame. At center, [Jam Factory] above [Lights - Little Princess 109] in an arched banner, above [December 1970]. At the left, [26 27 Saturday Sunday]; at the right, [28 29 Monday Tuesday]. [Closed for Christmas the 24th & 25th] closes out the bottom of the frame. Smaller text, including [TICKETS], is barely visible at the bottom of the page.
