Lace Pattern (USA)

This is a Lace pattern. It is dated ca. 1905 and we acquired it in 1973. Its medium is cotton and its technique is plain weave fabric printed with pattern for machine made tape lace. It is a part of the Textiles department.

It has the following markings

Printed on the pattern: "pattern for Battenberg" "280 24/24 32 yds of braid 52 rings" "use the real Battenberg thread for this work"
