Folding Screen (United States or England)

This is a Folding Screen. It is dated 1800–1850 and we acquired it in 1972. Its medium is wool and silk on cotton foundation, wooden frame, brass nails and its technique is tent stitch on plain weave. It is a part of the Textiles department.
