Pair of Plates Plates

This is a plates. It was manufactured by Sèvres Porcelain Manufactory. It is dated 1758 and we acquired it in 1962. Its medium is soft paste porcelain, vitreous enamel, gold. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin M. Reeves.

Undersides of a and b: [1] interlaced LLs enclosing "E", painted in blue overglaze (manufactory mark and date letter)
