Candelabrum Candelabrum
This is a Candelabrum. It was manufactured by Edward Barnard & Sons. It is dated 1832 and we acquired it in 1952. Its medium is silver. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.
The floral style of this candelabrum is one that appealed to a broad spectrum of society. Firms in Birmingham and SheGeld rushed to produce less expensive, lightweight, or plated versions of this model, often with fewer rococo
swirls.
