Cap Streamer (Belgium)

This is a Cap streamer. It is dated 1850–1900 and we acquired it in 1933. Its medium is linen and its technique is needle lace with ground of loop & twist with loop & twist return. It is a part of the Textiles department.

This object was donated by Mrs. Frederick Saltonstall Gould.
