Print, LA SALLE DU BAL

Lettered in plate, lower center: LA SALLE DU BAL est a main gauche entre le parterre des et le Labyrinte, pres la fontaine de Bacchus. Cette piece qui est une des plus belles et riches et destinée pour/ les Dances, est entourée de deux fossez d’eau il y a plusieurs Vases de fleurs, et 8 grands Tochetes ou Candelabres pour y mettre des feux la nuit. Les cascades qui sont au fonds/ dont la cheute est assez precipitee, font un effet merveilleux a la clarté de ces lumieres. la musique se met au dessus et les Spectateurs sur les sieges de l’Amphitheatre.
