Sketchbook Folio, Angels Bearing Symbols of Martyrdom, Study after Domenichino

This is a Sketchbook folio. It was designed by Felice Giani. It is dated 1821–22 and we acquired it in 1901. Its medium is pen and brown ink, brown wash, over traces of black chalk support: white heavy wove paper. It is a part of the Drawings, Prints, and Graphic Design department.

It is credited Museum purchase through gift of various donors.
