Drawing, Glory with Trinity and Saints (recto), architectural plan for the church of Santa Maria d'Itria in Rome

This is a Drawing. It was attributed to Melchiorre de Gregorio and created by Francesco Manno. It is dated ca. 1814–1819 and we acquired it in 1901. Its medium is pen and ink on light blue paper. It is a part of the Drawings, Prints, and Graphic Design department.

This object was donated by Various Donors. It is credited Museum purchase through gift of various donors.

Its dimensions are

H x W: 20.7 × 11.2 cm (8 1/8 × 4 7/16 in.)

It is inscribed

On the reverse, the lowest part of the plan, left: "Pianta originale disegnata e proposta da Francesca Manno/della Tribuna della Chiesa di S. Maria d’Itria detta di Constantin / …” The plan has a framing strip. Manno wrote inside the plan the necessary explanations and apparently gave in the left half a plan of the shape of the former left: Pianta [d]ella Tribuna demo/lita.” The scale says: Scala di Palmi romani
